摘　　要：针对目前采用的由多台小流量乳化液泵组成的泵站,提出变频的控制方式,并进行变频控制系统硬件和软件设计。通过压力传感器检测泵站出口压力,采用变频技术调整乳化液泵电机的转速,达到控制泵站出口压力相对恒定的目的。Variable-frequency control mode is applied to the emulsion pump station which is composed of multiple small flow pumps, and the hardware and software of the frequency control system are designed. Through the delivery pressure of emulsion pump station which is detected by pressure sensor, the system controls the speed of pump motor with regulation technique of frequency conversion, and the aim of constant-pressure control is attained.
