关于创新海南导游管理体制的思考

摘　　要：创新导游管理体制是实现海南国际旅游岛建设战略目标的重要措施。通过对海南导游管理体制中现存问题的分析,提出了具有海南特色的管理体制建议:创新导游人员等级评定制度,力促导游职业终身化;创新导游人员的薪酬和保障制度,提高导游服务质量;规范导游公司、导游协会制度,促进导游管理的社会化、专业化。Making innovations in the tour guide management system is one of the important measures in the Con- struction of Hainan International Tourism Island. Through analyzing the problems in Hainan＇ s current tour guide management system, this paper presents several innovations with Hainan characteristics：the innovation in the rank- ing system to promote the tour guide as a lifelong career, the innovation in the payment and security system to im- prove the service quality of tour guides, the innovation in the systems of the tour guide companies and associations to socialize and professionalize the tour guide management.
