摘　　要：导读是高校图书馆较高层次上的读者服务工作。文章结合网络导读的特点和高校图书馆开展网络导读的必要性,提出网络导读要以提高广大馆员的专业素质为基础,以满足读者的信息需求为原动力和目的,以回答读者提出的问题为职能,以培养良好的思维品质为主线,以坚持文本导读与网络导读并重为指导。从而使高校图书馆建立起动态的资源服务体系,实现个性化服务,发挥整体资源优势,提高资源利用率。Reading guidance is the higher level service work of the University Library. Combined with the features and navigable need of university Library network reading guidance, this article puts forward that network reading guidance is based on the professional quality of the majority of librarians. T he Motivation and purpose is to meet the information needs of readers. The function is to answer the readers＇ questions. The main line is to cultivate the good quality of thinking. The guidance is to adhere to the text review as important as network review. And then establish a dynamic and personalized service system, to play an integral resource advantage and improve the resource utiliza- tion.
