摘  要:[目的]测定广西不同地区和不同时间采集云芝35份和全国不同地区采集云芝15份云芝中的多糖组成。[方法]对多糖水解物进行HPLC测定。根据单糖对照品、样品色谱峰,确定其单糖的组成。[结果]云芝多糖的单糖组成为甘露糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖、木糖。纯品云芝多糖(80%以上)葡萄糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、半乳糖醛酸、木糖的摩尔比为5.93∶2.20∶0.90∶1.26∶0.81∶0.43。[结论]广西不同地区和不同时间采集云芝多糖组成基本相同。[Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide in 35 copies of Coriolus versicolor in different regions and different times in Guangxi and 15 copies collected in different parts of China.[Method] The hydrolyzate of polysaccharide was determined with HPLC.According to the chromatographic peak of monosaccharide reference substance and samples,the composition of the monosaccharide in Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide was determined.[Result] Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide composes of mannose,rhamnose,galacturonic acid,glucose,galactose and xylose.The sterling Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide(more than 80%) composes of glucose,rhamnose,galactose,mannose,galacturonic acid and xylose and their mole ratio is 5.93∶2.20∶0.90∶1.26∶0.81∶0.43.[Conclusion]The composition of Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide in different area and different collection time in Guangxi was same basically.
