摘 要:[目的]建立红掌的组织培养再生体系。[方法]以红掌幼嫩叶柄为材料,筛选红掌愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化、生根时的最佳激素配比。[结果]红掌叶柄愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D,此时愈伤组织诱导率可达80.0%;不定芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D+1.5 mg/L KT,此时分化率可达96.7%;生根的最佳培养基为MS+1.0mg/L IBA,此时生根率可达86.7%。[结论]为红掌的快速繁殖提供了技术依据。[Objective] To establish a tissue culture and plant regeneration system of Anthurium andraeanum.[Method] With the tender leaf petiole of Anthurium andraeanum as material,the optimum hormone ratio for its callus induction,adventitious bud differentiation and rooting was determined.[Result] The optimum medium for callus induction was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L 2,4-D,callus induction rate was 80%.The optimum medium for differentiation was MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L 2,4-D +1.5 mg/L KT,the differentiation rate was 96.7%.The optimum medium for plant rooting was MS+1.0 mg/L IBA,rooting rate was 86.7%.[Conclusion] The study provided technical basis for the rapid propagation of Anthurium andraeanum.
