水葫芦在富营养化水体中的生态修复应用试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过试验研究水葫芦在富营养化水体中的生态修复应用。[方法]以模拟富营养化水体为研究对象,通过在水槽中投放不同数量的水葫芦,研究水葫芦在富营养化水体中的生态修复应用效果。[结果]在无底泥模拟试验中,不投放水葫芦的对照系统中叶绿素最大浓度为434.6 mg/m3,而投放1、4棵水葫芦的系统中叶绿素浓度最大浓度分别降为285.0和119.0 mg/m3。在有底泥模拟试验中,与无水葫芦的对照组相比,投放4棵水葫芦(覆盖率为51%)的系统中叶绿素浓度削减了58%。可见,水葫芦可以显著抑制富营养化藻类的生长,但存在一定的种植密度阈值(覆盖率达51%),种植密度过小则抑藻效果不明显。[结论]该研究为富营养化水体生态修复的理论与实践提供了理论参考。[Objective] The study aims to discuss the application of water hyacinth to the ecological restoration of water bodies with eutrophication through simulative experiments.[Method] In this study,water hyacinth was used to restore the simulated eutrophic water with green algae as the dominant algae species,and then the restoration effect of the simulated eutrophic water by water hyacinth was analyzed.[Result] For the simulative experiments without sediment,the peak chlorophyll concentration was 434.6 mg/m3 in the tank without water hyacinth,which decreased to 285 and 119 mg/m3 in the tanks with 1 and 4 water hyacinths respectively.For the experiments with sediment,compared with the control tank without water hyacinth,a 58% reduction in chlorophyll level could be observed in the tank with 4 water hyacinths planted（with a coverage of 51%）.The results showed that water hyacinth could inhibit algae growth notably,but there was likely a density threshold（51% coverage）,and no significant eco-restoration effect was observed in the simulated eutrophic water with too few water hyacinths planted.[Conclusion] The research could provide scientific references for the ecological restoration of eutrophic water bodies.
