摘  要:目的:总结单房性骨囊肿的治疗以及研究进展。方法:应用PubMed及维普检索系统,以"单房性骨囊肿"、"治疗"为关键词。检索2002-2011年的相关文献142篇。纳入标准:1)单房性骨囊肿的治疗;2)疗效分析。根据纳入标准分析文献30篇。结果:静脉梗阻导致骨内压升高,囊液中的前列腺素E2、白介素1β和明胶酶含量增多导致骨吸收活性增高是单房性骨囊肿最为普遍接受的发病机制,但病因学至今仍不明确。目前还没有被广泛认可的治疗方法。传统的治疗方式为切开刮除植骨或次全切除后植骨及经皮穿刺减压冲洗并注射类固醇激素或自体骨髓及环钻减压等,但治疗后的囊肿愈合率并不满意。近期报道微创手术疗效满意,但仍需长期随访观察疗效。结论:单房性骨囊肿的发病机制及病因学至今仍不明确,其治疗方法仍在探索中,随着分子生物学、影像学、生物医学工程技术及材料学等医学及相关学科的不断发展,单房性骨囊肿的治疗方法会日趋完善及规范。OBJECTIVE: To summarize the treatment and research progress of unicameral bone cyst. METHODS: Using PubMed and VIP searching system and taking "unicameral bone cyst, treatment" as keywords 142 related litera tures from 2002 to 2011 had been searched. Adopted standards: 1)The treatment of unicameral bone cyst; 2)The analysis of curative effect. According to the adopted standards, there were 30 literatures that could be in conformity with the anal- ysis. RESULTS: The most widely accepted pathogenesis of unicameral bone cyst was the venous obstruction that could in- crease bone intrinsic pressure, and prostaglandin E2, interleukin 1β and more content of gelatinase in cyst fluid could cause high activity of bone resorption. The etiology of which is still not explicit and has no widely accepted therapeutic method at present. The traditional treatment included the therapeutic methods of cutting and scraping bone graft, subtotal resection of bone graft, percutaneous puncture for decompression and washing, injecting steroid hormone or autologous bone marrow and trephine decompression but the recovery rate of cyst after treatment was not satisfied. Recently, it was reported that the curative effect of minimally invasive surgery was satisfactory, but the follow-up visit should be made for a long time. CONCLUSIONS:The pathogenesis and etiology of unicameral bone cyst still remains unclear and its treatment is still need to be explored. With the continuous development of molecular biology, imaging, biomedical engineering, and materials science, the multidisciplinary treatment of unicameral bone cyst will be improved.
