全程优质护理在小儿外科周末24h出入院手术患儿管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的;探讨对小儿外科周末24h出入院手术患儿应用全程优质护理,提高床位周转率,以解决医院小儿外科长期存在患儿多、床位数少、病人看病难的问题,提高群众满意度。方法:对中小手术398例患儿实施周末24h出入院集中管理及专人负责的全程优质护理。结果:398例患儿中,99.5%均能顺利出院;病区的病床使用率、周转率、出院总人数、业务收入、家属满意度都有不同程度的提高。结论:应用出入院集中管理及专人负责的全程优质护理是小儿外科顺利开展周末24h出入院手术的有力保证。Objective:In order to resolve the long-term existence problem for the children of pediatric surgery in hospital,patients with more,less the number of beds,difficult to treatment,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.To explore the Pediatric Surgery for weekend 24 hours of admission surgery in children with full high-quality care,improve bed turnover rate.Method:398 cases of primary and simple surgery were taken 24 hours of admission centralized management and the person responsible for the entire high-quality care on weekends.Result:99.5%of 398 cases in children can be smoothly discharged;the sections of the bed occupancy rate and turnover rate,discharge of the total number,total income of the ward business and the families of satisfaction are all have been improved to varying degrees.Conclusion:To take admission centralized management and the person responsible for the entire high-quality care is a strong guarantee of pediatric surgery so that patients can be discharged 24 hours after the surgical weekend runs smoothly.
