摘 要:制定了机械密封监控系统的整体方案,选用合适的传感器、信号调理电路、数字信号处理器TMS320F2812及伺服电机等构建了该系统的硬件,并采用先进的智能控制算法开发了相关软件。该系统可实现机械密封运行状态的实时监控,使机械密封在满足泄漏量、温度、磨损率等反馈参数的要求下,处于最佳的工作状态,从而提高机械密封的可靠性并延长其寿命。为可控机械密封开发提供了参考。An integral scheme for a monitoring system of mechanical seal was established, in which suitable sensors, signal conditioning circuits, digital signal processors (DSP) TMS320F2812, actuating motor and advanced intelligent control algorithms were adopted to develop related software. The real time monitoring for working conditions and environment of the mechanical seals could be realized by this system, and located it in the best working state while satisfying requirements of feedback parameters, such as the leakage, the temperature and the wear rate. Thereby the reliability of mechanical seals was enhanced and the service life was prolonged. References are provided for development of controllable mechanical seal.
