摘　　要：全球化软件交付和外包、关注协作、注重质量和上市时间是当今软件产业发展的3大趋势。大力发展软件外包产业已成为政府和业内人士的共识,在分析目前国内软件园的现状基础上,提出了一个旨在整合外包产业链,实现开发协作化的系统平台。There are three trends in software industry： globalization of software outsoureing and delivery, focusing on collab- oration, and emphasizing quality and time to market. Developing software outsourcing industry has become the consensus of government and industry, and this paper analyze the present situation of the domestic software park and present a system platform of aims to integrate outsourcing industry chain and realize development collaboration.
