Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Compound Energy Field Cast-Rolled and General Cast-Rolled AZ31B Magnesium Alloy Strips after Rolling

摘  要:研究了复合能场(电磁场和超声波)铸轧和普通铸轧AZ31B镁合金板再经不同温度、道次、压下率轧制后的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:在相同的轧制条件下,复合能场铸轧镁合金板比普通铸轧镁合金板更易发生再结晶,且轧制3道次后前者的晶粒尺寸更细小、均匀;前者的析出相以小质点弥散分布在晶界上,后者则集中分布在晶界及晶界附近区域;轧制温度为250,300℃时,前者3道次轧制后的抗拉强度、屈服强度以及伸长率比后者的分别提高了12.2%,25.4%,145%和12.8%,19.7%,127.8%。The microstructure and mechanical properties of general cast-rolled and compound energy field (electromagnetic field and ultrasonic wave) cast-rolled AZ31B magnesium strips after rolling with different rolling temperatures, passes and deformation ratios were studied. The results show that the compound energy field cast rolled magnesium strip was more likely to recrystallization than the general cast rolled magnesium strip under the same rolling conditions, and the grains size of the former was finer and more uniform than that of the latter. The precipitates of the former dispersed at grain boundaries in the mode of small particles and that of the latter dispersed at grain boundaries and near the grain boundaries. When the rolling temperature was 250,300 ℃, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the former after rolling for 3 passes increased by ll%f00, 22. 2%, 145% and 13.6%, 19.7%, 127.8% than that of the latter after rolling for 3 passes, respectively,
