摘　　要：自动编程是一种重要的零件加工程序编制方法。MasterCAM作为一款易学易用的自动编程软件得到了广泛使用。通过分析自动编程基本步骤,明确软件的后处理文件是连接软件与机床的主要纽带;通过对比和修改MasterCAM默认的后处理文件,使得自动生成的G代码程序符合SIEMENS系统规范,可直接用于零件加工。Automatic programming is an important part program preparation. MasterCAM as an easy to learn and easy- to-use automatic programming software has been widely used. Automatic programming by analyzing the basic steps, Clear post-processing software file is the main link connecting scftwane and machine tools. By contrast and modify MasterCAM default processing documents, automatically generated G-code procedures are in compliance with the SIEMENS system specification, and can be directly used for parts processing.
