摘  要:道碴清筛机是铁道线路大型机械化设备,挖掘链是道碴清筛机的主要工作装置,耙板是挖掘链总成的关键部件。耙板目前主要依靠进口,价格高昂。为了降低铁道线路道碴清筛作业成本,以进口耙板力学性能试验和失效分析为基础,以钢的合金化理论为指导,采用试验法和组织形貌分析法,研制出了国产的耙板材料——ZGSiMnCrMoNiV。力学性能试验显示,ZGSiMnCrMoNiV的力学性能指标达到或超过进口耙板,其使用寿命超过进口耙板水平。Ballast screen scarifier is the large-scale mechanized equipment for railway line. The mining chain is the main unit of ballast screen scarifier, while the rake board is the critical components of mining chain. At present, the rake board"is mainly imported and expensive. In order to reduce the operation cost of ballast cleaning of the railway line, the domestic rake board material-ZGSiMnCrMoNiV is developed by adopting experimental method and integrated analysis, which based on the mechanical properties tests and failure work of imported rake board under the guidance of steel's alloying theory. The mechanical properties test shows that the mechanical properties of ZGSiMnCrMoNiV have reached and exceeded the imported ones. In addition, the field service demonstrates that its service life surpasses the imported rake board.
