摘 要:研究了辽宁东港鸭绿江口海域赤潮监控区6个测站的浮游植物种类组成、数量分布和群落结构特征。2011年5-10月浮游植物数量变化范围为9.80×10~4~3.66×10~8个/m^3,浮游植物数量高峰出现在春季5月,最低值出现在夏季8月。共发现浮游植物4门33属70种,其中硅藻27属57种,甲藻4属11种,黄藻1属1种,金藻1属1种。优势种为尖刺拟菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia pungens)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonenut costatum)、窄隙角毛藻(Chaetoceros offinis)和夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans),均为赤潮生物种。春季5月多样性指数和均匀度指数较低,但优势度指数较高,优势种是尖刺拟菱形藻,成为形成赤潮的潜在生物要素。The biomass, species composition and community structure of phytoplankton in the Donggang red-tide monitoring area, Yalu River Estuary, were studied based on the phytoplankton data from 6 stations from May to October in 2011. The mean values of the phytoplankton biomass during the study period were 9.8×10^4-3.66×10^8 cell/m3. The maximum was observed in May and the mininmm in August. The result showed that 70 species were identified, which belonged to 4 phyla with 33 genera. Among the identified species, 27 genera and 57 species were Bacillariophyta, 4 genera and 11 species Pyrrophyta, 1 genera and 1 species Xanthophyta, and 1 genera and 1 species Cbrysophyta. The dominant species included Pseudo-nitzschia pungens , Skeletonema costatum, Chaetoceros affinis , Noctiluca scintillans, which were all red-tide algae. Both the diversity and evenness indices were low in spring, in comparison with the high dominance index in the same season. Pseudo-nitzschia pungens tumed out to be the dominant species, which could be a potential biological factor for the red tide in May.
