护患协作式静脉拔针按压法在社区静脉输液患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的讨论在静脉输液拔针中护患协作的实用意义。方法将300名静脉输液患者随机分为对照组和实验组,通过观察出血、淤血、血肿等情况,并调查患者的满意度,判断二种拔针方法的优劣。结果实验组拔针成功140例,整体满意度超过90%。对照组拔针成功107例,整体满意度为72%。结论护患协作式拔针方式在静脉输液拔针中有很强的临床价值,值得社区医院广泛采用。Objective To discuss the extraction of venous infusion needle in the nurse-patient collaborative practical significance. Methods 300 patients with venous transfusion were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, through the observation of hemorrhage, congestion, hematoma, and a survey of patient satisfaction, judging the merits of two methods of pulling needles. Results The experimental group of needle was successful in 140 cases, overall satisfaction over 90%. The control group of needle was successful in 107 cases, overall satisfaction was 72%. Conclusions Nurse-patient collaborative needle in intravenous infusion needle has a strong clinical value, which is worthy of application in community hospital.
