摘 要:对纺织用多级离心风机进行性能测试,发现性能尚有提高余量。选取与工作点接近的最高效率点进行气动校核。气体经过每一级都提高压力、升高温度,因此必须分别对各级计算,把该级出口参数作为下一级进口参数。根据计算结果画出各级出口温度、密度和吸力的变化曲线图,分析该风机存在的问题。叶轮气流出口与回流器进口角接近30°,对气流有较大的冲角损失。而回流器出口角度为30°,对后一级产生较大预旋,使第二级以后压力降低。针对这些问题,提出可行性改进措施。It was found that the performance can be improved based on the performance test on multistage centrifugal fan for textile. The pneumatic check was carried out through selecting the maximum efficiency point close to working point as calculating point. After each stage, the gas pressure has increased and the temperature has elevated. So, each stage must be calculated respectively. The outlet parameters can be used as the input parameters of the next stage. According to the results, we drew the outlet gas temperature, density and suction changed curve of every stage and we analyzed the fan ' s problem. The outlet gas of impeller and the inlet gas of return-channel angle close to 30 °, as a result it produced large losses. While the outlet angle of return-channel is 30°, a greater level of prerotation is produced, and the second stage pressure is reduced. For these problems, we analyzed the feasibility of proposed improvements.
