复方樟柳碱联合石斛消瘰丸治疗甲状腺相关免疫性突眼临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方樟柳碱穴位注射联合石斛消瘰丸口服治疗甲亢性突眼的临床疗效。方法:40例(64只眼),分为两组各32只眼,治疗组用复方樟柳碱2mL于患侧太阳穴注射及石斛消瘰丸水煎服,对照组只用石斛消瘰丸水煎服,均1日1剂,14日为一疗程,共3个疗程。结果:治疗组显效16眼,有效13眼,无效3眼,总有效率90.6%。对照组显效7眼,有效16眼,无效9眼,总有效率71.9%。结论:太阳穴注射复方樟柳碱并口服石斛消瘰丸治疗甲亢性突眼疗效满意。object To observe thyroid -associted ophthalmopathy the curative effect of Method ：40 cases with thyroid - associted ophthal- mopathy divide into twogroups randomLy ,cases（32 eyes） in treatmentgroup were treated with compound anisodine acupoint injection ＋ Chinese medicinal sihuxiaoluowan, and the ones （32 eyes） in controlgroup were done with Chinese medicinal sihuxiaoluowan Result：In treatmentgroup 16 eyes were excellent. 13 Ones effective ,and 9 ones ineffective. Te total effective rate was 90.6% ,In controlgroup 7 eyes were excellent, 16 ones effective, and ,9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.9%. There was significant difference between the twogroups. Conclusion ： com- pound anisodine acupoint injection ＋ Chinese medicinal sihuxiaoluowan has better effect on thyroid - associted ophthalmopathy than Chinese me- dicinal sihuxiaoluowan
