针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗三叉神经痛30例

摘　　要：目的:观察三叉神经痛治疗的有效方法。方法:30例依面部经络循行为基础,以局部近取和循经远取手足阳明经穴为主,用针刺治疗,并加用刺络拔罐,10天为一疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治愈14例,显效10例,好转4例,无效2例,总有效率93%。结论:针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗三叉神经痛有显著的止痛效果。Objective：The aim of this paper is to find an efficient treatment of reducing the pain from trigeminal neuralgia. Method：30 ca- ses of patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were selected, based on the facial meridian behavior, using acupuncture point to investigate tri- geminal neuralgia treated with acupuncture. Moreover, cupping treatment was used. The treatment efficacy was investigated after two courses of treatment. Results ：28 cases had a noticeable effect. Conclusion：acupuncture combined with cupping treatment of trigeminal neuralgia has a signifi- cant analgesic efficacy. The method is proved to be an effective method of treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Also, it embodies the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
