双温点立式炉烧结的PTCR元件环境适应性研究

摘  要:本文研究了立式炉生产的程控交换机过电流保护用PTCR元件的几项关键的环境适应性参数 ,并与箱式炉烧结试样做了对比。结果表明用该设备烧结的PTCR元件 ,阻温特性重复性好、高温存放后阻值变化小、耐电流和雷击冲击性稳定 ,安全可靠、寿命长、有良好的环境适应性。Compared with PTCR simples sintered by chamber furnace, several key environment adaptability parameters of PTCR components sintered by automatic progressive resistance furnace were studied. PTCR component is used in over- current protection of programmed exchanger. The result showing that PTCR sintered by double temperature range vertical furnace has a better R-T repeatability, smaller resistance change rate after high temperature storage, stability shockproof for current and lightning. It indicates safe reliability, long service time and good environment adaptability.
