放置新型MCuⅡIUD24个月的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察新型宫内节育器MCuⅡIUD的临床效果。方法将400例置器妇女随机分为2组,分别放置MCuⅡ、MCu两种IUD各200例,放置后1、3、6、12、24月随访。结果放置24个月MCuⅡIUD、MCuIUD累计带器妊娠率为0.53%、3.19%;呈现前者低于后者的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);累积脱落率为0.53%、0%,累计因症取出率分别为3.19%、3.70%,放置后副反应发生(有主诉)1个月分别为27.14%、30.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论 MCuⅡIUD与MCuIUD均是妊娠率低、脱落率低、因症取出率低、可接受性好的宫内节育器;MCuⅡIUD铜表面积符合国家标准,理论上抗生育效应更强,铜表面积增加,副反应不比MCuIUD高,MCuⅡIUD更有使用前景。Objective To observe the contraceptive effect of a new-type intrauterine device MCu I IUD. Methods 400 women were randomly divided into 2 groups and inserted with MCu II IUD and MCuIUD each for 200 cases. Follow-up visits were made after 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months. Results 24 months after insertion, the accumulative rates of pregnancy with IUD in situation of MCu E IUD and MCuIUD groups were 0.53%and 3.19% respectively, indicates a trend that the former is lower than the latter, but the difference has no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05） . The accumulative expulsion rates were 0.53% and 0% respectively; the accumulative rates of removal due to adverse symptoms were 3.19% and 3.70%; side effects occurrence rates after insertion （with chief complaint ） for 1 month were 27.14% and 30.00%, the difference has no statistical significance （P〉0.05） .Conclusion Both MCu 1] IUD and MCuIUD are intrauterine devices with low pregnancy rate, expulsion rate, rate of removal due to adverse symptoms, and good acceptance. With copper surface area complying with national standard, MCu II IUD has better contraceptive effect in theory. And for the copper surface area is increased, the side effects rate is not higher than that of MCuIUD, therefore, MCu 1I IUD is more prospective in application.
