下腔静脉滤网在骨科复杂创伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨下腔静脉滤网在骨科复杂创伤中的应用效果。方法对2010年1月至2011年12月我院收治的复杂创伤患者45例进行下腔静脉滤网置入术,观察其置入后的效果。结果 29例血栓消失,10例血栓缩小,6例血栓无明显变化。均未见滤器周围血栓形成。结论骨科治疗的复杂创伤患者,及时尽早地置入下腔静脉滤网,可以有效地预防肺动脉栓塞甚至猝死。Objective To investigate the inferior vena cava filter in complex orthopaedic trauma effect. Methods 2010January to2011December in our hospital were patients with complex wounds in 45 cases of inferior vena cava filter placement, observe its treatment effect. Results In 29 cases the thrombus disappeared,10cases of thrombotic narrowing,6 cases of thrombosis without obvious changes. There are no filter peripheral thrombosis. Conclusion The orthopaedic treatment in patients with complex wounds, timely early placement of inferior vena cava filter, can be effective in the prevention of pulmonary embolism and sudden death.
