摘　　要：介绍了 Ａ１Ｓ系ＰＬＣ、Ａ１ＳＤ７０定位控制模块和交流伺服系统控制铜锭丝杆立式半连续铸造机的设 计思想，给出了该系统的硬件结构和软件设计。实践表明，该系统运行可靠，取得良好效果。This paper introduces the design method of using PLC of A1S series, A1SD70 Positioning control module and AC-servo control system to control copper ingot vertical screw semi-continuous casting machine, and gives the hardware software design of the system. The practice shows that its running is realible and makes good effect.
