超声检测早期糖尿病肾病患者颈动脉内中膜厚度与血清金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1的相关性研究

摘  要:目的探讨超声检测早期糖尿病肾病患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与血清金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)的相关性研究。方法选取60例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,30例无肾病并发症的糖尿病患者作为对照组;采用超声分别检测所有患者的颈动脉IMT,并检测观察组患者的血清TIMP-1。结果观察组IMP为(1.36±0.62)mm,对照组为(1.03±0.51)mm,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);血清TIMP-1为(1506±193.5)ng/mL,与IMT比较正相关关系,r=0.049,P<0.05。结论超声检测颈动脉IMT可以为早期糖尿病肾病的诊断提供线索。Objective To study the correlation between intima-media thickness(IMT) in common carotid artery and the serum levels of tissue inhibitor of meta-lloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy were enrolled into the observation group and thirty patients without diabetic nephopathy were enrolled into the control group. The IMT in common carotid artery were detected through ultrasound. The TIMP-1 in the serum of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were examinated. Results The IMT of common carotid artery were respectively (1.36±0.62) mm in the observation group and ( 1.03±0.51 ) mm in the control group.There was significant difference between them(P〈0.05). The concentration of TIMP-1 was (1506±193.5) ng/mL which has a positive correlation between it and IMT of common carotid artery(r=0.049, P〈0.05). Conclusions The IMT of common carotid artery through ultrasound could make an important clue for the diagnosis of the early diabetic nephropathy.
