摘　　要：目的：观察Vitapex糊剂和樟脑苯酚对乳牙感染根管消毒的临床疗效比较.方法：选择105颗患牙随机分成2组,治疗组55颗用Vitapex糊剂根管封药,对照组50颗用樟脑苯酚根管封药.一周后复查,观察疗效.结果：治疗组根管消毒有效牙48颗（87.3%）,对照组根管消毒有效牙32颗（64%）,两组差异有显著性（P〈0.01）.结论：Vitapex糊剂用于乳牙感染根管消毒疗效好.Objective： To compare the clinical effects of Vitapex paste and camphorated phenol in disinfection of infected root canal of deciduous teeth. Methods： 105 affected teeth were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The 55 teeth in the treatment group were filled with Vitapex paste, and the 50 teeth in the control group were filled with camphorated phenol. The outcome of treatment was evaluated after one week. Result： The disinfection of root canal was successful in 48 teeth （87.3%） in the treatment group and 32 teeth （64%） in the control group. The difference of the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Vitapex paste produced better results than camphorated phenol in disinfection of infected root canal of deciduous teeth.
