摘　　要：介绍了八辊五连轧机组乳化液吹扫的改进措施及改进后的使用情况,为八辊轧机以及其它多辊轧机减少带钢表面乳化液残留提供了有效的解决途径,改善了冷轧带钢板面质量。这些八辊轧机的改进手段同样对单机架可逆轧机有着重要的借鉴意义。This paper shows the measures for improvement for the residual emulsion in 8-H cold roiling mill and the application situation. Some methods were put into use to remove the residual emulsion from the strip surface. The surface quality of the strip was improved. There is also a great significance for reference to the single stand reversing mill.
