摘  要:观察统计160吨电炉水冷设备漏水损伤特征、分布规律,研究炉门自耗式碳氧枪吹氧与水冷设备漏水故障的关系,理论分析和现场观察,分析设备漏水机理,炉门吹氧使得高温钢水喷溅到水冷设备上,熔融氧化水冷管壁,是电炉设备漏水的主要原因,针对性改进工艺设备后,设备故障率大幅下降。Observation and analysis about damage characteristics and distribution regularities of 160t EAF water-cooler leakage have been given, at the same time, relationship between blowing oxygen of consumable burning carbon lance and failure of water-cooler leakage have been researched. Through the theory analysis and the spot inspection of water-cooler leakage, the high-temperature molten steel can spill out to the water - cooling equipment when the door-blowing of oxygen were working , and the drops on the water-cooler and oxidize the wall of water-cooler tube . Causes of the reason of EAF water leakage, the solution methods of the process and equipment is put forward, the fauh rate of the equipment is decreasing sharply.
