摘 要:目的研究丹酚酸B对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并探讨可能的作用机制。方法通过夹闭双侧肾动脉50 min后再灌注,建立大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,腹腔给药,观察各指标的变化。结果与模型组相比,丹酚酸B能显著降低血清中肌肝、尿素氮、丙二醛、白介素-6、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α以及尿液中尿蛋白的量,增强血清中超氧化物歧化酶的活性,并且对肾缺血再灌注后肾小球和肾小管的损伤有明显的保护作用。结论丹酚酸B对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤具有较好的保护作用,这种保护作用可能是通过减轻氧自由基损伤以及缓解炎症反应来实现的。AIM To study the protective effects of salvianolic acid B on renal ischemia reperfusion injury(RIRI) in rats,and to discuss its possible mechanism.METHODS The model of RIRI was established in rats through clamping renal pedicles for 50 min following reperfusion.Rats were treated with salviandic acid B by intraperitoneal injection,then the changes of targets would be observed.RESULTS The salvianolic acid B,which had a significant difference compared with model group,could obviously reduce the level of the creatinine,urea nitrogen,malondialdehyde,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α in serum and proteinuria,and elevate the level of superoxide dismutase in serum.The histopathology inspection indicated that the damage to kidney in the treatment groups could be reduced.CONCLUSION Salvianolic acid B has protective effects on RIRI in rats,possibly by alleviating the damages caused by free radicals and inflammatory response.
