HPLC法同时测定知柏八味口服液中芒果苷、盐酸小檗碱和丹皮酚

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定知柏八味口服液(知母、黄柏、牡丹皮、生地等)中芒果苷、盐酸小檗碱和丹皮酚。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-33 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,体积流量0.9 mL/min,检测波长317 nm,柱温50℃。结果芒果苷在1.288～12.88μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、盐酸小檗碱在2.666～26.655μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、丹皮酚在1.466～14.655μg/mL(r=0.999 8)有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.6%(RSD为1.6%,n=9)、99.6%(RSD为1.0%,n=9)、101.2%(RSD为1.5%,n=9)。结论所建方法简便、准确,可用于知柏八味口服液的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC quantitative method for simultaneously determining mangiferin,berberine hydrochloride and paeonol in Zhibo Bawei Oral Solution（Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Phellodendri chinensis Cortex,Moutan Cortex,Rehmanniae Radix,etc.）.METHODS A column Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was selected with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-33 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution in gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 0.9 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 317 nm.The column temperature was set at 50 ℃.RESULTS Mangiferin,berberine hydrochloride and paeonol were linear within the ranges of 1.288-12.88 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）,2.666~26.655 μg/mL（r=0.999 9） and 1.466-14.655 μg/mL（r=0.999 8）,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.6%,99.6% and 101.2%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Zhibo Bawei Oral Solution.
