RP-HPLC同时测定蒙药查干-扫日老-4汤中槲皮素和甘草苷

摘　　要：目的建立蒙药查干-扫日老-4汤(甘草、北沙参、拳参、紫草茸)中槲皮素和甘草苷同时测定的反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)。方法采用超声提取法制备供试品。分析色谱柱为symmetry Cl8(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65);检测波长273 nm;体积流量0.8 mL/min。结果槲皮素和甘草苷分别在0.56～5.6μg和0.50～5.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 8)。平均加样回收率为97.64%和98.54%,RSD为1.02%和1.44%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性良好,可作为蒙药查干-扫日老-4汤中槲皮素和甘草苷的同时测定方法。AIM To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining quercetin and liquiritin in Chagan-saorilao-4 Decoction（Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Glehniae Radix,Bistortae Rhizoma,Laccifer lacca kerr）.METHODS The ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract two components from the sample.The C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（35∶ 65） and UV detection wavelength was set at 273 nm.The flow rate of 0.6 mL/min.RESULTS The calibration curves of quercetin and liquiritin were linear in the ranges of 0.56-5.6 μg（r=0.999 9） and 0.50-5.0 μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recoveries were 97.64% with RSD of 1.02% for quercetin and 98.54% with RSD of 1.44% for liquiritin.CONCLUSION The methed is simple,with good precision,accuracy and reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Chagan-saorilao-4 Decoction.
