参葛颗粒质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立参葛颗粒(丹参、葛根、片姜黄等)的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中女贞子、片姜黄、葛根、丹参进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定参葛颗粒中葛根素、丹酚酸B。结果女贞子、片姜黄、葛根、丹参的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强;葛根素在0.018～0.480μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为103.17%,RSD为2.43%;丹酚酸B在0.091～2.015μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.38%,RSD为2.83%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为参葛颗粒的质量控制标准。AIM To set up the quality standard for Shenge Granules（Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Puerariae lobatae Radix,Wenyujin Rhizoma concisum,etc.）.METHODS TLC was applied to the qualitative identification of Ligustri lucidi Fructus,Wenyujin Rhizoma concisum,Puerariae lobatae Radix,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and HPLC was applied to the quantitative determination of puerarin and salvianolic acid B in the prescription.RESULTS Ligustri lucidi Fructus,Wenyujin Rhizoma concisum,Puerariae lobatae Radix,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma could be detected by TLC.A good linearity of puerarin was in the range of 0.018-0.480 μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery of puerarin was 103.17%,and RSD was 2.43%.Salvianolic acid B was in good linearity with the range of 0.091-2.015 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 101.38%,and RSD was 2.83%（n=9）.CONCLUSION The methods are simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Shenge Granules.
