复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX7方案化疗治疗大肠癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价复方苦参注射液在大肠癌术后化疗中的作用。方法:入选2008年1月-2010年9月在我院行手术治疗的52例大肠癌患者,随机分为两组。治疗组28例,采用FOLFOX7方案化疗同时加用复方苦参注射液;对照组24例,单用FOLFOX7方案化疗进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、生存质量、疼痛的改善情况、免疫功能、肝功能和白细胞的变化等。结果:治疗组近期疗效和生存质量的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01);肝功能损害和白细胞降低较对照组明显减少(P<0.01);治疗后白细胞介素-2(IL-2)显著升高(P<0.01),而IL-10显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX7方案化疗在治疗大肠癌患者中取得了较好的近期疗效,能提高患者的生存质量,改善肝功能损害和外周血白细胞降低,提高机体的免疫功能。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Compound Sophorae Injection combined with chemotherapeutic drugs on colon cancer. Methods ： From Jan 2008 to Aug 2010, 52 patients with colon cancer were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with FOLFOX7 chemotherapy alone （control） or combined with Compound Sophorae Injeetion. Near-term efficacy, survival quality, and changes in immunologic function, liver function and leukocytes were observed. Results： The near-term efficacy and survival quality in combination group were superior to those in control group, and the damage of liver function and depression of leukocytes were lower than those in control group. Compared with control group, IL-2 level was higher （P 〈 0.01 ） and IL-10 level was lower （P 〈 0.01 ） in combination group. Conclusion： Compound Sophorae Injection combined with chemotherapeutic drugs has a better near-term efficacy, and improves patients＇ survival quality, liver function damage, leukocyte depression and immunologic function.
