药用丁基胶塞与注射用阿莫西林钠的相容性研究

摘　　要：目的考察药用丁基胶塞与注射用阿莫西林钠的相容性情况。方法通过平行加速试验,考察使用丁基胶塞前后的注射用阿莫西林钠溶液的颜色与澄清度、有关物质、高聚物。结果 7个生产厂家的丁基胶塞均对注射用阿莫西林钠的稳定性无影响。结论目前国产注射用阿莫西林钠所使用的药用丁基胶塞总体情况良好且与药品活性成分相容性良好。Objective To investigate the compatibility between butyl rubber closures and amoxicillin sodium for injection. Methods Acceleratted test was employed to investigate the color and clarity of solution, related substance, polymer of amoxicillin sodium for injection which before and after using butyl rubber closure. Results Butyl rubber closures from 7 manufacturers were much compatible with China produced amoxicillin sodium for injection. Conclusion The quality of butyl rubber closures applied in package of China produced amoxicillin sodium for injection was fairly good in general.
