摘 要:针对钙果种子育苗变异性大,现有扦插育苗技术成活率低的问题,通过就钙果5号不同取枝部位、相同取枝部位不同留叶量、不同浓度生根剂相同浸泡时间及生根剂相同浓度不同浸泡时间进行试验,结果表明:在不作任何处理的条件下,钙果5号基生枝扦插生根率达73.97%,高于丛生枝;基生枝留3叶和2叶的生根率较高,分别达74.2%和70.5%;以基生枝3叶在浓度为0.05%的ABT1号生根剂中浸泡2 h生根率最高,可达92.5%~92.96%。为钙果大规模扩繁提供科学依据。The calcium fruit No.5 has large variability when raised seedlings with seeds, and has low survival rate when raised seedlings by the available technique of cutting propagation. In view of these problems, we carried out an experiment on the branches from the different part, the branches from the same part with different quantity of leaves, the same soaking time with the different concen- tration of rooting agent, and the different soaking time with the same concentration of rooting agent. The results showed that, without any treatment, the rooting rate of the basal cutting shoot of calci- um fruit No.5 was 73.97 %, higher than that of the multiple shoot; the rooting rate of the basal shoot with 2 leaves or 3 leaves was higher, reached 74.2 % and 70.5 % respectively; the basal 3-leaf-shoot, which soaked in the rooting agent ABT1 at the concentration of 0.05% for 2h, had the highest root-ing rate, achieved 92.5 %-92.96 %. This article provided the scientific basis for expending propaga-tion of calcium fruit in large scale.
