摘　　要：以中医经典古籍为理论依据,通过论述脾胃的主要生理功能,阐明其在心脑病变以及痰浊、瘀血、浊毒的形成过程中所占据的重要环节,完成"脾胃病变导致老年呆病"的探讨。Taking the Traditional chinese medicine classic as theoretical basis, through the discussing on the main physiological function of spleen and stomach , this paper is intended to clarify its occupied a very important part during the formation process of heart - brain disease , turbid phlegm , blood stasis as well as turbid toxins , then accomplished the stuy of ＂the spleen and stomach lesions lead to senile dementia＂.
