创愈膏对实验性体表溃疡模型大鼠创面愈合及新生肉芽组织EGF基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阐明创愈膏在对大鼠创面愈合不同时间点肉芽组织中表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达。方法采用手术方法造成大鼠背部感染溃疡创面,随机分成创愈膏组、湿润烧伤膏组和凡士林组。3组创面分别应用相应药物治疗。分别于术后第3、5、7、14天取创面肉芽组织,用原位杂交法测定EGF,以光密度值反应其含量变化;并记录创面愈合时间。结果术后第3、5、7天,创愈膏组、烧伤湿润膏组肉芽组织EGF均高于凡士林组(P<0.01)。第14天时3组EGF均明显减少,各时间点创愈膏组、湿润烧伤膏组间比较无显著性意义(P>0.05)。创愈膏组、湿润烧伤膏组创面完全愈合所需时间明显短于凡士林组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论创愈膏能增加早、中期大鼠创面肉芽组织细胞中EGF的含量,从而加快创面愈合。Objective To in vestigate the dymic influence of creates recovers the paste on expression of epidermal growth factor - BEG in granulona tissue with ulcer models rats. Methods Ulcer Models Rats with defect on the back were induced by operation method, and they were randomly divided into three groups： creates recovers the paste treating group, moisture ex-posed burn ointment（MEBO） treating group, vaseline treating group. The drug treatment were given to all groups respec-tively. The specimen, the granulation tissue, were collected on the third, fifth, seventh,eleventh and fourtenth after opera-tion,then the in situ hybridization method was adopted to determine the expression of EGF, lastly, the optical density was used to response to the change of the content. ResultsOn the on the third, fifth, seventh days, the level of EGF in both cre-ates recovers the paste treating group and moisture exposed burn ointment （MEBO） treating group were higher than that of vaseline treating group（ P 〈0. O1 ）. On the fourtenth day,the level of EGF in all three groups were significant decreased but there was no significant difference between these groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The Wound healing time in both creates recovers the paste treating group and moisture exposed burn ointment（MEBO） treating group were obviously shorter than than in vaseline treating group（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions The creates recovers the paste could increase the level of EGF which in the early, medium-term＇s granalona Tissue, so that accelerate the Wound healing.
