某军校2005～2010年新生结核感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的探讨军队院校这一特殊群体中,入学新生结核感染状况,为院校结核病控制和防治工作提供借鉴。方法选择2005～2010年入校新生6 760人,按城市籍新生和农村籍新生分组,进行结核菌素(Purified ProteinDerivative简称PPD)试验,结核菌素试验阳性者而双上臂无卡介苗接种疤痕为结核感染。结果结核菌素试验结果阳性率与强阳性率分别为55.07%(3 723人)、2.57%(174人),无卡痕人数3 576人(52.90%),结核感染率为30.06%,平均年感染率为1.69%;城市籍新生结核感染率(32.88%)明显高于农村籍新生(29.32%,P<0.05)。结论应对入学新生中结核菌素强阳性者采取预防性治疗措施及卫生宣教。Objective To investigate tuberculosis control and prevention of tuberculosis in military college. infection in .military university freshmen ,and provide guidance for Methcle Purified Protein Derivative of Tuberculin （PPD） test was performed in 6760 military university freshmen who were recruited from 2005 to 2010,the soldiers were separated into city group and rural area group;the infection rate was judged by positive reaction with no scar on forearm. Results The positive and super-positive rate of PPD test was 55.07% and 2.57% respectively,3 576 military university freshmen were without Bacille Calmette -Gu 6 rin （BCG）scar,the infection rate was 30.06% ,annual infection rate of tuberculosis was 1.91% ,the tuberculosis infection rate in soldiers from urban area was significant higher than the soldier from rural area. Conclusion Measures of Preventive treatment and health education be performed on soldiers with strong positive reactions.
