摘　　要：目的了解淮安市来自疫区归国人员疟疾感染,探讨输入性疟疾监测管理措施。方法对淮安市2008~2010年来自疫区归国人员疟疾发病情况进行流行病学调查分析。结果三年间从非洲（主要是尼日尼亚、安哥拉、加纳等国）回国劳务人员中感染疟疾共60例,结合流行病学史,判定为输入性疟疾。对所发生疫情,所在地疾病预防控制机构都及时进行处置,未发生二代传播。结论出入境检验检疫机构和疾病预防控制机构应加强紧密合作,强化对出入境人员的健康咨询、归国人员传染病监测管理,以防止输入性疟疾传播。Objective To understand the infection of malaria among workers returned to tluaian City workers from malaria endemic areas abroad and explore the measures for monitoring and controlling imported malaria. Methods Malaria incidence among workers returned to oIIuaian from abroadd in 2008-2010 w as surveyed and analyzed epidemiologically. Results Totally 60 imported malaria eases mainly returned to ttuaian from Africa （ Nigeria, Angola, Ghana,etc. were detected and identified ineombination with epidemiological history of the patients and the patients were all adequately treated and managed in local disease control and prevention bodies. Conclusion close collaboration between customs quanrantine institutions and disease control and prevention bodies be accomplished and health inspection and consultation of those entry-exit national borders and returned citizens from malaria endemic areas to prevent malaria from tr ansmission in this city.be strengthened.
