摘  要:目的观察亚低温治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者血浆血小板因子4(PF4)的影响。方法将收入的重型颅脑损伤患者46例随机分为亚低温治疗组和常规治疗组各23例,治疗组在药物治疗重型颅脑损伤的同时加用亚低温治疗,在治疗前、治疗后48h进行神经功能缺损评分及PF4含量的测定。结果在治疗后48h亚低温治疗组神经功能缺损评分较常规治疗组降低(P<0.05),在治疗后48h亚低温治疗组血浆PF4含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论亚低温疗法可改善重型颅脑损伤患者的神经功能缺损。Objective To observe the serum PF4 activity in patients with severe brain trauma after mild hypothermia therapy (MITT). Methods The 46 patients were randomly divided into the mild hypothermia treatment group and the conventional treatmenl group. The hypothermia therapy group accepted conventional treatment and hypothermia therapy which lasted 48 hours. The nerve function deficiency scores and the serum contents of PF4 protein were observed before and after treatment for 48 hours. Results The nerve function deficiency scores of treatment group were lower than those of conventional treatment group(P〈0.05 ). The activity of serum PF4 in patients with severe brain trauma is significantly increased (P〈0.05). Conclusions ttypothermia Therapy can improve the nerve function of patients with severe brain trauma.
