MA和AIHA患者LDH和RET%检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测巨幼细胞贫血(MA)和自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和网织红细胞百分比(RET%),探讨LDH和RET%在MA和AIHA诊断中的作用。方法对40例MA组、30例AIHI组以及40例正常对照组LDH、RET%的水平变化作回顾性分析比较。结果 MA组、AIHI组血清LDH水平明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);MA组LDH明显高于AIHI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);AIHI组RET%明显高于MA组和正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);MA组RET%与正常组对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论血清LDH和RET%水平对临床鉴别MA和AIHA具有临床指导意义。Objective In order to identify the clinical diagnosis significance of serum lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）and reticulocyte percentage （RET%）in patients of megaloblastie anemia （MA）and autoimmune hemolytic anemia（AIHA）. Methods The serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）and retieulocyte pereentage（RET%）levels of the 40 MA group,30 AIHI group and 40 normal group, were retrospectively compared and analyzed. Results LDH levels were significantly higher in the MA and AIHI group than the normal group＇s （P〈0.01）. Meanwhile,the levels of LDH were also significantly different between the MA group and the AIHA group （P〈0.01）. RET% levels were signifieantly higher in the AIHA group than the levels of MA and normal group （P〈0.01）but RET% levels were not different between the MA group and the normal group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of Serum LDH and RET% are important for the clinical diagnosis of MA and AIHA patients.
