摘　　要：本文综述了当前临床常用的以及近期较广泛开展的结核病的免疫学诊断方法,主要介绍了皮肤结核菌素实验,几种检测结核分枝杆菌抗体的方法,r干扰素释放试验及它们的临床应用价值。The methods for diagnosis of tuberculosis currently apllied in clinical performance have been methioned in this article,especially the tuberculin skin test, the detectioin of several antibodies to Mycobacterium tuberculosis, gmma-interon release test and IGRA have also been introduced.
