胸腔镜在血流动力学不稳定自发性血气胸中的应用

摘　　要：2005年2月～2011年8月,共收治15例自发性血气胸,其中8例血流动力学不稳定,7例经胸腔镜手术,1例胸腔镜手术中转开胸手术。手术时间30～128 min,平均63 min,术前术中总出血量1100～3200 ml,平均1850 ml。术后24小时胸腔引流液100～320 ml,平均189 ml,术后胸腔闭式引流管放置时间2～6 d,平均3.2 d,无术中及术后并发症。术后住院时间4～12 d,平均7.9 d。From February 2005 to August 2011, 15 patients with spontaneous hemopneumothorax received treatment in our hospital. Among the patients, 8 showed unstable hemodynamic conditions, and thus underwent video-assisted thoracic surgery （VATS）. One of them was then converted to open surgery. The mean operation time was 63 minutes （ranged from 30 to 128 minutes） , and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 1850 ml （ranged from 1100 to 3200 ml）. Postoperative chest drainage volume was 189 ml in average （100 -320 ml） in 24 hours; the chest drainage tube was removed in 2 to 6 days （mean, 3.2 days） after the procedure. No patient had intra- or postoperative complications. The patients were discharged from hospital in 4 to 12 days （ mean, 7.9 days） after the operation.
