南果北种项目实施目标管理的应用研究

摘　　要：本文以南果北种项目为案例,探讨项目目标管理在农业种植项目中的应用,从项目管理角度着重论述农业种植项目的进度控制和质量管理,找出适合于农业种植项目的目标管理方法。This case study for projects of tropical fruits cultured in the north greenhouse discussed upon the application of management by objectives in agricultural plant projects. It was emphasized on progress control and quality management in order to find out the best method of management by objective, for agricultural plant projects.
