摘 要:采用扫描电镜 (SEM EDAX)和显微红外光谱技术对Zn在相对湿度为 90 %和 0 .9× 1 0 -6SO2 的控制气氛条件下初期腐蚀表面和腐蚀产物进行了研究 .1 0h以后腐蚀表面呈现均匀分布的凹凸形貌特征 ,直到数日后开始萌生局部腐蚀 .Laboratory exposure of zinc was carried out under the condition of 0.9×10 -6 SO 2 and 90% relative humidity in order to investigate the characteristics of corroded surface and its role in initial stage. Scanning electron microscope (SEM/EDAX), IR microscope were used for the characterisation of corroded surfaces. It was found that over 10 h exposure resulted in a rather uniformly small noduls like morphology with size about 1μm, which was not kept until local corrosion sprouted over a week exposure. The corrosion product on locally corroded area with porous appearance, was composed of needle\|shaped crystals. Based on the IR and EDAX, it was infered that the product was Zn 4SO 4(OH) 6·5H 2O. The mechanism of atmospheric corrosion for zinc under the condition is discussed.
