摘 要:目的:观察自动脉冲射频模式下设定不同温度时组织相关参数的变化。方法:用Baylis疼痛射频治疗仪自动脉冲射频模式下分别设定脉冲射频温度为42℃、44℃、46℃、48℃、50℃、52℃、55℃、60℃、70℃、80℃和90℃,在37℃恒温水浴箱内进行新鲜蛋清实验。记录不同温度下治疗前、治疗后30 s、60 s、90 s、120 s、180 s、300 s和停止治疗后1 min时组织实际温度、电压和电阻。结果:50℃以下,随着脉冲射频设定温度的升高,组织达到设定温度、脉冲电压显著升高(P<0.01)、电阻轻微下降(P<0.01);50℃以上,即使增加脉冲射频的设定温度,组织的实际温度不再升高、脉冲电压也不增加、电阻较50℃时无显著性变化。各温度组均未观察到肉眼可见的热凝物。结论:Baylis疼痛射频治疗仪自动脉冲射频模式下升温至50℃可增加脉冲电场强度、无组织变性,可能具有临床应用前景。Objective: To observe the changes of tissue correlated parameters during the different temperat- ure in automatic pulsed radiofrequency mode. Methods: The temperature was settled on 42 ℃ , 44 ℃, 46 ℃,48 ℃,50 ℃, 52 ℃, 55 ℃, 60 ℃,70 ℃,80 ℃ and 90 ℃ respectively under automatic pulsed radiofrequency mode by Baylis pain radiofrequency instrument. The fresh egg white experiment was performed in 37 *(3 thermostatic water bath think. The changes of actual tissue temperature, voltage, and electric resistance before treatment, 30 s, 60 s, 90 s, 120 s, 180 s and 300 s after pulsed radiofrequency and 1 min after the cessation of pulsed radiofrequency were recorded. Results: The voltage significantly increased (P 〈 0.01) and the electric resistance slightly decreased (P 〈 0.01) with the increasing of settled temperature under 50*(3 pulsed radiofrequency. However, compared with 50~(3 pulsed radiofrequency, no significant difference of voltage and electric resistance were observed in more than 50*(3 groups. No macr- oscopic thermoset was observed in each group. Conclusion: 50℃ pulsed radiofrequency with increased ou- tput voltage without tissue denaturation under automatic pulsed radiofrequency mode of Baylis pain man- agement generator, possibly has a clinical application prospect.
