家庭护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨特异性免疫治疗联合家庭护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者的依从性及疗效的影响。方法选择2010年1—12月由尘螨引起的变应性鼻炎患者229例，按照随机数字法分为观察组115例和对照组114例。两组患者均给予常规的特异性免疫治疗，观察组在此基础上实施家庭护理干预，随访1年。对两组患者的治疗依从性及疗效进行比较。结果观察组患者的依从性为96．52％，明显高于对照组的88．60％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（x。=5．23，P〈0．05）；观察组患者总有效率为94．78％高于对照组的86．84％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（X2=4．33，P〈0．05）。结论特异性免疫治疗联合家庭护理干预结可提高变应性鼻炎治疗临床疗效，提高患者治疗依从性。Objective To discuss the compliance and effect of patients receiving immunotherapy and family nursing intervention. Methods There were 229 allergic rhinitis patients with the cause of mite randomly divided into treatment group （n = 115） and control group （n = 114）. Both groups were treated by immunotherapy, and treatment group also received the family nursing intervention in one year follow-up period. Results The compliance rate and total effect rate of treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group （96.52% vs 88. 66%, 94. 78% vs 86. 84% ; x2 = 5.23,4. 33 ; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Combination of immunotherapy and family nursing intervention can effectively improve the effect and compliance of patients with allergic rhinitis.
