摘 要:利用 X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究了稀土催渗离子渗氮过程中 ,稀土与氧之间的作用对催渗效果的影响。结果表明 :用新稀土块进行催渗时 ,稀土易与渗氮气氛中的氧结合 ,使气氛中的大部分氧被清除 ,大大削弱了氧对渗氮的阻碍作用 ,提高了渗速 ,稀土的这种除氧作用是稀土催渗离子渗氮的又一重要原因 ;用过的旧稀土块催渗效果差 ,原因是在其表面形成了一层厚的氧化物 ,使稀土的催渗作用不能充分发挥 ;若将这层氧化物剥去后再使用 。Effect of reaction of rare earth to oxygen on catalysis effect in plasma nitriding process catalyzed by rare earth has been studied with X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that it is easy to combine rare earth with oxygen in nitriding atmosphere when plasma nitriding is catalyzed by new rare earth blocks,lead to clear away most oxygen in the atmosphere,weaken greatly the hindrance role of oxygen from nitriding,increase the nitriding velocity,such deoxidization role of rare earth is one of important reasons that rare earth can catalyze plasma nitriding;the catalysis effectof the used rare earth block is not obvious,the reason is that the surface of itis coated with a thick oxide layer and the catalysis effect of rare earth is not given full play;if it was used again after the oxide layer was removed,the catalysis effect of rare earth would be demonstrated out anew.
