摘　　要：中国过去的经济增长主要沿袭了"先污染,再治理"的粗放型模式,经济发展的动力主要来源于高耗能和高污染的传统重工业产业,而过度的能源消耗和环境污染必然会影响未来中国经济的可持续健康发展。欧盟作为世界上碳金融交易机制最为发达的地区,其经验数据表明碳金融交易机制能够充分发挥温室气体排放的价格发现功能,对产业结构产生深远影响;同时碳金融交易机制可以较好地利用市场手段引导企业进行战略调整,并最终影响社会的产业结构布局。因此,尽早构建完善的碳金融交易机制,能够帮助中国实现促进产业结构调整,发展绿色经济的战略目标,并最终实现中国2010年在哥本哈根气候会议上的减排承诺。China's past economic growth has followed the extensive mode of pollution first,treatment second,the driving force of economic development is the traditional heavy industry,which consists of high energy consumption and high pollution.However,the excessive energy consumption and environmental pollution will inevitably affect sustainable and balanced development of China's future economy.The European Union,as the world's most developed regions of Carbon Finance transaction mechanism,whose empirical data shows that Carbon Finance transaction mechanism can give full play to the price discovery function of the greenhouse gas emissions,which has a far-reaching influence on the industrial structure.At the same time,Carbon Finance trading mechanism can make better use of market instruments to guide enterprises to adjust their strategies accordingly.It finally will affect the layout of society's industrial structure.Therefore,building Carbon Finance transaction mechanism as soon as possible can help to promote china's industrial restructuring and to develop the strategic objectives of Green Economy,ultimately,which helps to achieve China's emission reduction commitments in the Copenhagen climate conference in 2010.
