摘　　要：论述了磁性金属基体上非磁性涂层厚度的无损测量方法。介绍了机械法和磁阻法两种涂层厚度测量仪的测量原理 。The nondestructive testing methods for measuring the thickness of the non magnetic coatings on magnetic substrates were discussed. The measuring principles of the pachometers by mechanical and magnetoresistance methods were introduced, and the technological characteristics of several kinds of domestic coating pachometers were presented.
