摘　　要：绍兴市人民医院于1997年在浙江省首批实施住院医师规范化培训试点,在十几年的实践中,积累了宝贵的经验。随着研究生逐渐成为住院医师队伍的主力军,医院又积极开展专科住院医师规范化培训实践,探索适合医院现状的专科住院医师规范化培训模式,并从中得到了一些思考和体会。Shaoxing people＇ s hospital was the first batch of resident training hospital in Zhejiang province in 1997. Experiences were calculated during the 10 more years practice. Specialist doctor standardization training has been explored after graduate students becoming the main force.. Training mode of resident/specialist doctor fits for hospital situation has been explored and has gain some experience.
