摘 要:报道了CL N192 3萃淋树脂对钨及磷、砷、硅的吸萃性能 ,研究了该树脂对高钨溶液中微量磷、砷、硅的色谱分离条件。通过动、静态法试验结果表明 :CL N192 3萃淋树脂在pH =7.80~ 8.32的弱碱性NaHCO3 溶液中 ,对粗Na2 WO4 溶液中微量杂质磷、砷、硅具有较强的吸萃能力 ,对生产中的粗Na2 WO4 溶液 ,分离后磷、砷、硅的含量分别由 0 0 5 0~ 0 .5 0 0g/L、0 .0 4~ 0 .10 0 g/L、0 .0 5 0~0 .30 0 g/L降至 0 0 15 g/L、0 0 30 g/L、0 0 10g/L以下 ,净化率最高分别达 97 6 %、81 6 %、10 0 % ,高纯钨的直收率约 80 %。The extraction behavior of tungsten and phosphorus in alkalescent solution(pH= 7.80 ~8.32) by CL N 1923 LEVEXTREL resin and the conditions for separating the trace phosphorus,arsenic,silicon from the tungsten in impure sodium tungstate solution were investigated.The results of static and dynamic experimental method showed that the resin may separate the trace amounts of phosphorus and silicon from the tungsten in impure sodium tungstate solution effectively.The content of phosphorus、arsenic and silicon in real industrial sodium tungstate solution was decreased to below 0.015,0.030,0.010 g.L -1 from 0.05~0.50,0.04~0.10,0.050~0.30 g.L -1 respectively,the removal rate of phosphorus,arsenic and silicon may get to 97.6%,81.6%,100%,the one pass recovery of high pure tungsten may reach 80%.
